We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose non-public personal information of our customers for purposes unrelated to our services. The only non-affiliated party we disclose such information to are our service providers in order to serve our customers in a most efficient manner. Kelly BMW Reserves the right to disclose any non-public personal information we collect from our customers to any of our affiliates and/or third parties that are necessary to accomplish the pending transaction for the customer. Such affiliates and third parties, like Kelly BMW, consider the confidentiality of our customers' non-public personal information to be of high importance and agree only to use such information in furtherance of the pending transaction.
