This was my first visit for service at Kelly, I have been going to the other BMW WANT dealer on the other side of town. (Good riddance). I needed an oil change and suspected my 2016 with 143k needed a front wheel bearing replaced. Zac was very good at listening to my concern, and indeed the wheel bearing was the issue creating a humming noise. Zac was good at keeping me informed and the work was completed on time and the checkout was quick. Kelly is my new place for service.

I brought my BMW in for its first service visit. First class all the way. Very professional. Lots of communication before, during, and after. They have a wonderful shuttle service that took us to the mall for a few hours and then brought us back. I even received a video from the technician updating me while they worked on it. Matthew kept in touch with me the entire time, and even checked in a couple days later. So nice working with an establishment that is so professional and is so good at what they do.

I live an hour away but stopped in and asked the attendant to check my tires as I was loosing air slowly in two and they were low. I looked at most all luxury car makes and models prior to settling on the BMW X5. My final Columbus area BMW dealership visited was Kelly BMW and the warm reception , helpfulness and pure professionalism by far exceeded my preceding experience with another area dealership which frankly was unhelpful and quite arrogant!
